7-days Goods Return Guarantee
Your interest is protected by our “7-days guaranteed return policy” (except non-refundable items), we accept products sold by www.elpisbeauty.com to be returned with no more than 7 days of receipt. Date will be based on the delivery record provided by Kerry Express.
We have strict quality control on all orders; our specialists carefully check each product before dispatch to ensure it is delivered to you in a perfect condition. However products may be damaged during delivery, should this happen please return the damaged product by following our Return Procedures.
- In My Account, press ‘Order History & Details’.
- Click ‘Details’ on the order you wish to return.
- Scroll down to the section Merchandise Return, please specifically state:
- Request to Return or Exchange
- Product code & quantity of the item(s)
- Reasons of return/exchange
- Condition of the current product
- You must upload and provide photos supporting your reasons of return
- Press ‘Make an RMA slip’ to submit your request.
- If you would like to check the status of your return slips, please click ‘My Account’, then ‘My Merchandise Returns’
- We will also contact you via email once your request is confirmed or declined.
- If request is granted, please pack the returned products with the same box along with our return confirmation email inside.
- We will contact you to date a time and send a Kerry Express courier to collect your package.
- Once we receive your returned items, we will proceed with the process accordingly (Refer to Return Policy)
- We do not accept returns of certain products, including:
- Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any free gift product or samples.
Exchange & Refund Policy:
- We must first verify product’s condition by conducting our standard procedure (refer to Return Procedures).
- We only offer exchanges if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Unfortunately, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- We can only refund the total value of the products.
- All free gifts must be returned together in order to have the refund or exchange.
- Promotional code or voucher will not be refundable.
- Handling fee for return or exchange will be paid by us.
- 4-6 weeks to process and receive the payment once successfully refunded.
- Refund will be issued only to the same method/account used to purchase.
- All items stated ‘Non-refundable’ cannot be refunded or returned.
- Please refer to section ‘Declined Items’ for more information.
- In the event of dispute, Elpis Beauty Limited decision shall be final and conclusive.
